After years of permed hair I went natural in 2004. I spent many hours sitting in the chairs of braider after braider. In 2010 I decided enough was enough and gave up the braids. The constant attention and product addiction that was required to maintain my kinky curly hair almost sent me back to the creamy crack! I tossed around the idea of traditional locks for a while but realized I did not like the appearance of the large locks.

One day while surfing YouTube I stumbled on Sisterlocks® and realized I had found my answer. I started searching for a Sisterlock® loctician and found the only certified Sisterlock consultant in my city.

I was established in May of 2015.

I love the freedom and versatility of Sisterlocks so much that I decided others were missing out and took the training in 2016. My certification did not come until the summer of 2018 because my desire to have the technique perfected took practice! In my studio you can expect professionalism in a clean environment. There is personal attention and on occasion lots of laughs.
